We also did have trouble with getting into our room because the key card would not work. They got security there to fix the problem quickly. He was very thorough with showing us the new keys and how to use the extra safeties put in place on the doors. We felt very safe. The rooms were very clean and just what we wanted. We were here in the winter but property would be great for walking, biking or swimming. Would definitely recommend. "
