"This is a brand new hotel. It is in pristine condition. We were very pleased. The location isn’t great but, the price was perfect. We were only there for one night. It really isn’t in downtown but you could easily walk to downtown Asheville. It was a five minute drive. The studio worked out for us. Beds were comfortable and the room felt spacious. There’s a full size refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, and stovetop. There are bbq grills near the pool area- and a nice grocery store next...

"A beautiful clean lodging. The bathroom door is not the best for family travel. It is glass. Also there is not a scenic view of the Biltmore estate like advertised. Other than that the only issue we had was with the staff that managed the breakfast. She would stand in the way for long periods of time or cut you off to get to things and then act like the guests were inconveniencing her."
