「Our stay was perfectly average, no issues with service, cleanliness and comfort. Also enjoyed the swimming pool. This is a typical coach package trip hotel. It's a bit tired looking but nothing to complain about, except for the early check out time.」

「I have read a few reviews about the Grand Hotel being one of the worst hotels in Llandudno but it actually wasn't that bad at all, considering the price I've paid for. It is at an excellent spot within the area. Yes, the floors are a bit creaky, and the rooms are a bit out dated, but the main thing was to have a nice rest after exploring Llandudno, and we did. Would I recommend this hotel? Not to everyone because people have different standards, but to someone looking to save on a night's stay...
