"We stayed here one night for a company holiday party. While the checkin person was not overly friendly, the rest of the stay was enjoyable. Conversely, the checkout person was extremely friendly, happy, and we could tell was very competent. "

"Beautiful old hotel with lots of charm! Beautifully decorated for Christmas and really enjoyed the local school choir that performed in the lobby on Friday the 20th. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room as quaint with a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. The hotel was a short walk from the outdoor Christmas market, skating rink and the Cultural District. The only comment for improvement would be the customer service of the staff in the coffee shop. The were fine, but not at the same level of friendliness and service of the other restaurants in the hotel."
