"When we arrived we found the front desk manager, Henry, to be very helpful, even explaining how to walk to the Phillies stadium. Couldn't have a better person at the desk. In fact, all of the staff we encountered were very friendly! However, in our room we found a non- operational air conditioner that had to be replaced while we waited. Also, the internet service was spotty and not "extremely fast" as advertised but it was OK. There was no soap in the shower and only a tiny little bar at the...

"The room I paid for was a “NO SMOKING” room, however the stench of cigarette smoke was pretty intense. Besides the odor of cigarette smoke, I can only describe the underlying smell as that of wet corncobs, weird I know. The sheets and bedding were clean, as was the bathroom, but the floor was dirty. Walking barefoot on the floor was not an option for me. "
