"Everything was awesome"

"We have stayed here for other occasions and been fine. Check in was fine, there were extra pillows on the bed, clean bathroom with plenty of towels and wash clothes. Beds were comfortable, the room was small which was fine with us as we used it only for sleeping/showering. What we never experienced before was the noise both day and night. We were placed on the 12th floor which must be near house keeping or maintenance (is our guess), but we heard voices, movement, water going on/off all hours while we were in our room. Two ice machines on the 12th floor which were located in what appeared to be mop closets or laundry rooms and neither of the ice machines were operational. The location is spectacular, easy pick up/drop off fo Uber, walking distance to multiple pubs and restaurants, great value, just stay off the 12th floor."

"I liked you had real coffee cups and glasses! If you want to get picky... couple of wine glasses and liquid creamer instead of powered would be nice. (I love my coffee in the morning.) All in all it was great!"
