"The property was great ,my only issue was that they did not have my reservation logged from Expedia . That took a solid 30 minutes to resolve after I had driven 8 hours so it was less than optimal . It snowed so I called the desk and asked for an extra day …this involved another 60 minutes of online and verbal communication as well as another headache trying to postpone my next destination in Wytheville for a day now that I was stuck in a snowstorm. To close ,the hotel and amenities were fine...
