Big, beautiful converted Victorian home in a residential area close to shopping, dining, etc. Very clean, well maintained and decorated. Everything about the bed was wonderful. Clean, private bathroom with plush towels. Definitely pay for breakfast when you reserve. It will be ready at the time you choose, served in the room, dining room or patio, weather permitting. We loved this place and will return!

I loved this B&B. It was so elegant and luxurious and very private. It’s located very close to Blacksburg without the hustle and bustle of the town. Just close enough to enjoy the energy of Blacksburg and then back to a sweet retreat. Highly recommend!

We booked a room last minute while on a road trip and it was the best part of our trip! Just beautiful, quiet and we were sad to leave! We had to drive to dinner as restaurants are a few minutes away but that was fine and just an unexpected pleasure overall!
