"The room was excellent in terms of the size, comfort, bathroom, towels. Also excellent location, with a good brasserie in the premises. There is a confusion with the voucher for breakfast. To my understanding it was per person since we were two persons in the room. It ended up not being per person but per room, so since breakfast is over $32 per person for a fixed menu,no substitution plus 20% service,you end up paying much more than what was planned. The photo of the front desk is not exactly...

"Pros. The hotel is at the heart of Brooklyn, conveniently located at the crossroads of Smith St. and Atlantic Ave. Smith St. has Main Street vibes and upscale bakeries and restaurants. Walkable to the Transit Museum and Brooklyn Borough Hall. Breakfast is filling and the rooms are clean. Cons. The bed has pretensions of being a waterbed. Any movement has a ripple effect. Worst. Bed. Ever. If you are not alone. No exhaust in the bathroom and it stinks when used."
