「Staff was amazing ! Staff member showed us parking place and opened gates for us. We stayed 2 nights and second day i told one of the room cleaners we dont need her to check the room because it was good but we find she put the towels and shower gel outside for us and bottle water it was lovely and we really appreciated that ! Beautiful view and really nice area next to Nottingham Castle. Room was good size and bath was really good size. Definitely will visit again!!!」

「雙人房房間很大，樓底高，有簡約廚房，最欣賞是浴室內的花灑，有三個出水位 (固定花灑 / 手握花灑 / 水龍頭)，水龍頭約一米高，十分適合本人洗頭。但房間清潔非每天做，住了兩個晚上，垃圾沒清理，廁紙沒補充，是一敗筆。可是仍值得推薦。」

「離火車站约步行20分钟，整体感觉尚可，厨房有基本厨具用品，洗衣房可免费洗衣，但洗衣液要自備。 早歺提供有牛角包，咖啡和朱古力。 唯一不好的是沖凉要小心一点，花灑不可移动，而且玻璃屏阔度只有浴室阔度⅓，沖完凉後淺了一地都是水。」

「We enjoyed our 3 night stay very much. We loved going down to the pool and Spa in out bathrobes, although it was a little odd having to walk the whole length of the bar. Never had to do that before. The staff were very friendly. The food mostly good, just one problem on the first night when there was not enough sauce, which meant the food was rather dry and difficult to swallow. I was offered an alternative sauce immediately. The room was lovely and clean and kept warm with the use of an oil...
