"We had our first visit here in 2019, only 3 years after it had been built, so it was very new and beautiful. The experience was heightened by very attentive staff. So much so we longed to go back. Six years later, we have just spent over a week here, and although it is still lovely, it feels a tad unloved compared to before. This might be due to time and age. The bicycles they had to offer guests to use for free were so lovely back in 2019, but they no longer offer these. Nor is the room service...
