Nice clean property. About a three star. Housecleaning girl seemed overworked. We almost felt bad asking her to clean our room everyday. We stayed eight days and had her only clean it once. Hotel will charge for any linens that are dirty so beware.

Great rooftop bar, restaurant and pool. Close to the main attractions in Bangkok. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good in the hotel, especially the amazing breakfast!

Didn’t have a good communication of day and night staffs. I checked in with out baggage because of Airline issues. The baggage was delivered at 4 am next day and sat under the stairs until late afternoon. I have to go asking for the baggage. The same thing with my laundry that I have to pay extra a lot because I wanted the next day. It didn’t deliver to my room and I have to look for it. Also the room has the sewer odor.
