"It was first time I have stayed at an Inn in a very long time. The room was cosy and very clean with the bathroom being quite compact but clean and fully operational. "Beautiful venue, lovely location. Great selection of drinks and food menu was good. Breakfast was very nice indeed. However, the venue had a wedding on the night of my stay and I would have appreciated a) being told this was the case and b) not being put in a room directly above the room that the party was in. Terrible nights sleep and I’m puzzled why when allocating rooms you would place people in that room."

"Excellent fewdays in Hawick. Loads to do in Hawick, places to get food & drink excellent and Saturday's can have a real buzz about town if rugby club win. That said Hawick High Street is a bit tired looking & could do with a bit of money spent o it. It has potential to be an excellent visit venue. The Bank Bank House was top class. Donna (the owner) couldn't be more helpful. Ecellemt location, comfy, stylish & clean. Will be back next time im down in Hawick."
