"Wow, where to begin? I booked a king bed suite for two nights months beforehand. Afterwards, I invited a buddy to join us assuming there would be a sofa in our suite. There was not. Cue awkward moment on the 12th floor upon entry. Went down to the front desk to explain the dilemma. Ben at the front desk literally could NOT have been more helpful and understanding. "This is an extended stay facility that looks like it was an apartment complex at one point. It was nice! Only stayed one night, but very nice!"
