"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

I loved the social hour they had on Friday night (we try to only stay at places that have that) and the mimosas on the weekend were awesome too. I was upset that the self serve beer kegs were down. We were looking forward to that. Reviews from a few months ago had the same issue, so the hotel really needs to address that. And the cable only worked part of the time.
