「The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

「Girls weekend trip. Great location on the water, close to all downtown festivities. Wasn't able to enjoy the restaurant as they were renovating but they did off room service without the extra fee and had a nice roof top bar. Strongly recommend. Our room was fantastic; clean, comfortable with a great view. 」
