「Je suis arrivé tard la nuit et j'avais pas pensé à prévenir à l'avance. La gérante m'a accueilli avec une grande bienveillance et m'a même offert à manger même si c'était tard. La gérante et très sympathique, et l'hôtel correspond à la description. Je recommande sans hésitation.」

「Our stay at Chateau De Clusors was wonderful. Although only for one night as we traveled through France in the winter, it warm and very comfortable. The Challis room spacious. The bathroom was also very nice with all the amenities you would expect. Breakfast in the morning was quaint and deliciously French...the coffee was wonderful. Henri and Christine were the perfect hosts. I recommend the chateau to anyone traveling France. 」

「Friendly lovely athmosphere shabby chic with emphasis on shabby ... room was very musty smelling and shower drain blocked ... slight sense of impoverished neglect. Very bizarre dinner for Burgundy. Asian veg wraps with soy dipping sauce followed by poussin with rice and ... soy dipping sauce. Then really murky pud: some kind of stodgy cake. Not good. Nobody ate it. Nice ice cream. Delicious bottle of Bordeaux at good price. 」

「Magnifique hôtel, hélas pour cette catégorie la chaîne Mercure n’est pas à la hauteur de l’endroit et du prix. Gros trous à l’entrée du parking privé payant 8€, très jolie chambre 202 mais moquette tachée, 60€ pour un départ tardif à 13 h au lieu de midi c’est exorbitant. Pas de pince au petit déjeuner pour saisir les viennoiseries. Des petits détails qui pourraient être facilement résolus. 」

「Staff went out of their way in what could have been seen as a common request! Thought because the Hotel was so luxurious that we might seem not so. However, it turned out so different they were accommodating to even the smallest need.」
