「We’ve stayed at this location for the past 3 HSSR. We love the parking garage. We haven’t gotten to use the pool, but it is beautiful! The apartments have all been comfortable and clean. Very modern. 」

「The unit is as good overall, and the biggest disappointment was the shower. Fix the floor. It created an unsanitary mental state since the water doesn’t drain completely. The place had character, kitchen was fully stocked with the necessities which was nice to be able to cook. 」

「The property is very well located; easy access to downtown. It is well kept and equipped. The managers are great at communicating. They have good WiFi, new appliances and the place is attractive. 」

「Overall great stay and would stay again. However, dog hair was all over the floors throughout the unit. Other than that, no complaints.」

「Tim’s apartment was great. He was very easy to communicate with and he helped me with the garage. Felt very safe to be able to use the garage while on a work trip. The apartment was nice and the window shades did a great job at blocking sunlight, but also were easy to adjust to get more light in but maintain privacy. There’s a ton of storage in the apartment. This was a great location in Houston Heights, since the green belt and HEB bookend the block. 」
