"I went to this property on Thanksgiving night after booking through Expedia. They told me the room I pre-paid for didn’t have AC so they upgraded me to a suite. This room was so big and spacious and I was able to work from the desk in there the next morning, super friendly, beautiful hotel"

"room had a chemical smell. Shower head leaked. no elevator to2nd floor. Complimentary "breakfast " is a processed muffin, a small yogurt and a fork. Who eats yogurt with a fork? Rear entrance to hotel has door that does not lock. Security risk. Staff seemed not to care about anything "
