She never introduced herself, confirmed my name or length and type of treatment nor asked for or followed my requests about areas to focus on. It is a VERY awkward...

"Lovely view from the room / balcony of Mont Blanc. However, the balcony was tiny - only fit 1 chair, but still nice to have as a solo traveler. Staff was courteous and room was clean."
