"Property area is kind of weird and inconvenient. Staff were very, very lovely and I felt safe enough in the room. Definitely organize your transportation ahead of time so you don’t get hit with taxi fees. it’s about €10 a person if you organize with the staff there, whereas you can pay upwards of €50 if you’re paying with a taxi. "Thank you so much for a fabulous short stay. Staff were fantastic prior to our stay with organising a driver to collect us from the airport, that worked perfectly. Reception staff could not have been friendlier and put up with our awful Italian and spoke perfect English to us. Nothing was too much effort and they were so helpful. "We liked that the rooms were large and had 2 double beds instead of single beds. The hair dryer was even in the bathroom. They provide shuttle service to/from airport, Vatican, Coliseum, Trastevere for a reasonable price. We used taxi service for other areas. Had nice bar and restaurant and great breakfast buffet. "This is a great basic hotel. The room was a good size, clean and looked refurbished with modern fixtures. Our room was a ski chalet theme. There was great communication from the hotel staff with inquiries and they were able to arrange for transport from the cruise port in Civitavecchia and to the airport. The location is great. Walking distance to many of the tourist attractions and close to many cafes and restaurants. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The only negative was that our room was not cleaned on our second day which left us over flowing garbage cans for 2 days. However, we would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was clean and nice. The only thing that could be difficult for some is that you have to kcrawl up on the bed from the foot o which could be difficult if you have mobility isdues. We loved the area with lots of close restaurants and we walked to all major sites. The rooftop bar was lovely!"
