There’s a lot of evangelical content that makes me feel like I’m in a church rather than a hotel. The TV lacks Netflix and YouTube, which are more engaging options. Perhaps this could be improved."

"Convenient central hotel with a nice breakfast and good front desk service (they spoke German and English as well as ,of course, Portuguese). Easy to get cabs from here and and also walk to the subway. Air conditioner in room occasionally dripped water, might need servicing. Nice views from the higher floors."

"I stayed at this property on a recommendation of my friend who stayed here before. I stayed 10 nights here. I found the property really clean. The refilled the snacks and drinks daily. Staffs were and humble. Although English wasn’t fluent, we communicated none the less. I only had a chance to eat the breakfast on my last day of my stay because of my schedule, but it was pretty good. Staffs were available 24/7. They were accommodating. They do store your bags for free if you need to checkout and...

"The hotel was great - front desk and concierge were very helpful and professional, room was as advertised without any issues, and check-in / check-out were painless. Left bags with the concierge for the day and he brought them out to us upon seeing our group return before we could even ask, just excellent service all around."
