"Great location and beautiful view. Last minute reservation. The area was under construction as a new hotel is being built. We stayed in the old hotel. Which was still a great stay. Restaurant and Tiki Bar were great. And of course the Manatees!!"

"The hotel is definitely older but it is a well kept facility that appears to have went through fairly recent renovations. The rooms are fairly spacious with tall 10 ft ceilings. Staff was perfectly nice and helpful. A decent place to take a family. The continental breakfast was reasonably good and definitely adds some value. I would not call it a 3 star hotel but would not call it a two star either. I would recommend just don't expect Holiday Inn level accomadations. A bit above average of an experience and for the price it is quite reasonable of a deal."
