"The hotel was surprisingly nice. I read the reviews and either it was the best thing ever, or the worst place in hell. So my opinion was it was much nicer than I expected. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, good sized room, bathroom was clean too. I especially liked the larger compact refrigerator in the room and how it actually made our drinks cold! I find that most hotel refrigerators take about 2 weeks to make anything cold. "

"The front office guys were super nice and helpful. The room was clean and I felt safe. It was close to USMA and Main Street where I went for coffee every morning!! The rooms could probably use an update but all I did was get ready and sleep there so it is what it is!! I will be staying there for graduation!! "I came back to the Thayer after a 11 year hiatus that we planned as a birthday visit/dinner. Our visit was wonderful.We enjoyed our stay and exploring the campus. Our dinner at MacArthur’s (That I was excited for) was underwhelming to say the least.It severely dampened what was otherwise a wonderful evening. The setting of the restaurant is stunning.
