"Great location, short walk to MRT, China Town and the tourist precinct of Clark Quay. Also easy access to Gardens by the Bay, Raffles Hotel and Lau Pa Sat hawker food centre - a must visit location. Staff was polite, helpful and efficient. We have stayed here before. Although the room was a good size, it was showing slight signs of age. The bathroom was first class. Air conditioning was highly effective. Breakfast is excellent. "

"Property Hotel n surrounding areas was beautiful. Staff were excellent n service was superb. The only thing missing was certain tv channels, eg., Fox News was not available and only all other democratic media channels was on. That’s not being fair to us since we should be able to watch any news and show and not to be politically biased. Thats the only reason n concern we have as not to stay with shangri la again. "

"Its often hard to know when booking a hotel if its a good location. As it turns out, the location is fantastic, close enough to the city without being overwhelming, close to the Arab district which is lively and full of great eating options. Public transport options from this hotel are great too, 2 MRT's close by and bus service out the front. We used our hotel as our home base, and were out most days. "This property was lovely. The reception staff were excellent and welcoming. The only down side was the breakfast where it was quite chaotic. This was not helped by a confusing layout with different foods all over and similar types of food separated. Lack of bowls, teabags and milk too. Overall though a great stay (breakfast a minor thing). "

"An excellent stay at the Four Seasons Singapore. Great location for shops & places to eat, also close to the Metro station. Our room was large with a great bathroom with double sinks, shower & bath. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. I will definitely stay there again. "

Might be a random thing to comment on, but....Only thing I didn't quite like was that the toilet seat was a bit high... Like when I sat down... My feet would be on my tip toes and I'm tall (6ft) !"
