"It’s an amazing old historic hotel. I would never stay anywhere else in downtown Phoenix. I love the hotel and have used it three times. The staff is friendly and nice. The location is great. The bars and restaurants within 5 blocks are plentiful. But the rooms are small and don’t have modern furnishings so if a guest needs a fancier place then this probably isn’t their spot. "

"Overall the stay at Embassy Suites was excellent. The rooms are large and comfortable. The location is good and the staff was friendly and professional. The only reason I might not stay at this location again ( or recommend others stay) is the parking charge. There is more than enough parking at this location even during a busy season. There is no need for a parking charge. "
