"Only one problem - no water in room to wash with- the water completely shut down twice. Once in the morning in middle of showers. The response was quick and fixed both times but no one likes soap in their eyes they can’t wash out. They only gave us a small discount off extras for the inconvenience which should have been a bit more. None the less we would definitely return and recommend because everything else was wonderful.
