"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"The property was beautiful and uniquely designed. My only complaint would be the lack of cleaning services. I stayed from Thursday night to Sunday and not once did anyone come to clean the room or restock the toiletries. They also charged a $150 hold for possible use of the mini bar and in room snacks. That was different for me."

"We had One night stay while going to our destination! At check in the system was down and although the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly the check in process was not as smooth as it should have been! The tub was horrible! It had black marks all around and looked dirty! There were many dead insects by the night stand where the electrical cords are! The worst experience we’ve had in hotels and we travel often!"
