「We had the best experience. We had just had a baby at the Birth Center of Bloomington-Normal and needed to check-in to a hotel. We booked the hotel and then showed up at 7am to check-in. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The room we booked was not available yet so they upgraded us to a different room. The room was perfect and it allowed for us to have the best rest and the best meeting of the siblings experience with our other littles when they met their new baby sibling. 10/10 - will...

「Though the hotel is going through a full refurbishment, the room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were all courteous and helpful. Our only concern was lack of airport shuttle; however, they recommended a driver and he was very reasonable and I spite of our significant airline delay, he picked us up (at 2:30 AM). Even the front desk staff were pleasant when we arrived at this crazy hour. Well done Marriott!」
