「Helpful desk clerk when we arrived and what a perfect location for walking around downtown. The two bed, 2 bath hotel room was great for our girls weekend. Any problems were responded to quickly. My only complaints would be the couch was not the most comfortable and early or late check-in cost an additional fee. 」

「The location for this property was ideal for the main areas in Chicago. We had a 4 bedroom apartment. They were spacious enough for what we needed. We did have an issue with no remote control but the live chat sorted that within minutes. 」
