"Love this hotel but the indoor pool is not maintained as well as it should be the cement around the pool needed to be power washed was a bit slimy and after using the hot tub I ended up with a severe rash all over my legs.."

"This is a nice place especially if you get a suite. The beds are not really that great because the mattresses have depressions on each side. Next time I will ask for the room with the best bed mattress because by night four we were hurting. The pillows are super awesome!!"

"Studio was huge for NYC standards. Murphy bed was comfortable. Location was great. Room and floor was quiet (9th floor). More of an apartment vibe than a hotel which was fine. Price was right. Its NYC. You shouldn’t be spending much time at your hotel."
