"Clean and easy access. Only negatives is we were right beside the elevators and they were so loud so be sure to request away from those. Also the pool had way to much chlorine it, made us itch and eyes burn and the hot tub was way too hot, no one could sit in it. "

"We drove in during a literal blizzard so staff had issues making it in. Our room wasn’t ready on time, but they gave us the courtesy of expecting a delay. They also knocked off the parking fees for our stay because of the inconvenience. The room was clean and updated. The kids loved their comfy beds and the pool was a big hit.
