"It's amazing to see that very few minor things are not in place after having the island destroyed by a hurricane a few years ago. The hotel has everything you need. You must know that in San Andres you won't find extreme luxury in the hotels and pretty much nowhere around the island. "Great stay, lovely staff. Just a little out of the way from town but can get cheap taxis and the hotel staff will call them for you, so not too much of an issue. Only issue was cold showers but after a long day exploring you don’t even mind that in the San Andres heat! "

"The staff is AMAZING. The food is delicious and the drinks are good ! You can tell the staff appreciate their work. They stay on top of cleaning the hotel and taking care of it but sadly the hotel itself needs work and re-modeling- the staff can only do so much. "

"The island is way too busy. Too many vehicles. If the government respects or cherishes the island they should limit how many tourist are allowed on the island at one time. Need more clean up!!! Very sad… San Andres should be treated has a National Treasure. "

"It was very handy to the beach, restaurants, shopping,vehicle rentals. The property is older,but well kept.. the staff clearly took pride in it. Unfortunately the neighbors on one side don't have that same pride.Hot water all day long! Beach towels ready to go at the front desk.. we really appreciated Camillo!"
