I was unable to make it due to getting into a car accident. I was still charged for the room $159. I called to see if I could get a refund and left a message for the manager and never got a call back. I normally book here for a getaway and I don’t know if I will again now.

Staff was friendly extremely friendly and inviting . Pool was unavailable first few hours. Opened up around 7pm and it was green/yellow. Room Had water bottles in the room, for $3. Exterior of property was clean, staff was courteous but the interior of the unit was quite filthy. White socks turned black from filth on flood, cob webs on lamps, hair on sheets, couch was extremely stained and bathroom vent did not work. Overall not cleaned to satisfaction.

I was there to attend football game at USC, so didn't spent much time there otherwise.

The amenities were over priced. There was a beer bottle left in the trash can at check-in. The bed looked half way made. I saw a small baby roach in my room. I felt uncomfortable sleeping in the room. I cannot recommend this hotel.
