We loved everything from the secluded quiet cabins to the friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was amazing. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy.

Great stay! The cabin was very cute. One thing to note is that it's next to the highway but the noise did not bother us. Great access to lake Louise and Moraine. You definitely need a car if you stay there.

Very expensive ( I expect this to be about $100 a night not $400), limited amenities (no coffee makers, no TV, no a/c, no real breakfast available, dinner not offered on Tuesday's), limited staff. After I saw what this property was I wanted to cancel my reservation yet they're adamant about no refunds, now I see why. Bed had spiders and assorted bugs. Food was good and attention to GF options was nice. A step up from camping.

Quite disapointing overall. The cabin was sparsly furnished and in poor condition. The lodge closed early and there were no lunch or supper dining options on the day of my booking except sandwiches and limited bakery items. Poor value for the price. I would not recomment this accommodation.

This was the perfect spot to end our national park trip. It was close to Lake Louise, Banff, and had some great hiking options nearby. The cabins are cozy, and while there is some road noise because it’s right along the highway, we didn’t hear it at night with the fire going and it was not really a bother in the morning either. The breakfast panini you can buy was really good, as were the scones and cinnamon roll. Loved the maple tea, which you can buy in downtown Banff! We were not there when the restaurant was open, but they offered soup and charcuterie boards. They were both wonderful. And one of the lovely Irish ladies who took care of us made a great wine recommendation to go with it. It was a lovely dinner in front of the beautiful fire place. If you want to unwind and relax, this is the place to do it!

Wonderful but not for everyone
Beautiful rustic cabin that was a unique stay but not for everyone. Fireplace, electric lights but limited plug sockets. Wifi in cabin VERY slow, not really functional in room. Dinner in lodge very good. Bed as very soft and a challenge to get out of. So a good stay but not more than 1-2 nights for me.

Very rustic
Cabins are very rustic and old fashion. Poor WIFI but in very remote area. Toilet in our cabin kept running everytime you flushed so had to fix each time you used it. Did not feel real comfortable with staff, seemed very stuffy and not sure if they really were glad we were there. Kinda fake friendly, maybe the Canadian way,we are from US.

Nice stay
Lack of communication. Left 2 voicemails and 3 emails prior to our stay but we never heard back. The main lodge is beautiful but the cabins are very average. The bathrooms are the worst. While there everyone was very friendly and the food in the dining room was great! Free coffee is nice too.

Beautiful cabin and lodge. Over 100 years old, extremely well maintained, very comfortable and cozy. Food was excellent, well above our expectations. What a great alternative to the typical large hotel style.
