"The staff was amazing. The front desk was very helpful, booked a private boat on Lake Como, then called the next morning to find out more info for us. The room was very nice and clean. The restaurant was clean, the staff was attentive, and the food was really good. I would definitely stay here again! Great location and right next to the lake."

"Love the design and layout of this stunning hotel. Very clean and staff very friendly, helpful and approachable. This was a convenient location to San Siro stadium to watch the soccer game. Our room was clean and comfortable. After travelling a fair bit I appreciated the design, amenities and layout. Unfortunately our stay was far too short and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy all facilities like the spa, steam room and gym. I would have taken advantage of spa services too. I will definitely chose to stay here again. "

"Hotel and staff were terrific lot's of places to eat and drink easy bus route and tube system to get you to where you needed to go.down side was everywhere you travelled nearly every building was covered in graffiti which was a bit off putting but don't let that put you off well recommended 😀 👌👍"
