Best Western Cashtown hotels

"Unfortunately we were disappointed in our stay. We requested adjoining rooms at check in and were told our rooms were adjoining only to find out they were not and only located next to each other. Called front desk and waited another :20 while the looked for other adjoining rooms only to find out they do t have adjoining rooms on the property but were told by front desk clerk that Keith, the supervisor approved comping both or rooms for 2 nights! How wonderful and generous… only to find out at check out that nothing was comped;(. Filed dispute and only 1 room has been comped. Waiting for hotel manager to respond and resolve. "

"I think her name was Alisha and Kyler were fantastic! Made us feel safe and at home when I cut my knee, Alicia even grabbed me a Band-Aid from her personal stash to help however, the two gentlemen that were running the front desk this morning Sunday September 22, 2024. We’re rather rude and cold did not really care for them. Otherwise I recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hilton. Check in process was easy, everyone was friendly. I had been traveling for a week and needed to decompress. Bought 2 beers at check-in, went and sat in the hot tub in and empty pool area. Soaked in the bubbles and drank my beers. It was glorious. The next morning I asked a housekeeper where the ice machine was, she was sweet and walked me all the way there. We prepaid for breakfast and were surprised to learn we could have beffet or order off a menu. We had the specials an espresso waffle and avocado toast. It was a great restful stay!"
