"If we could give zero stars, we would. Our stay was a disaster. On the first night, we discovered a serious gas leak, requiring us to call the fire department. After hours of dealing with the issue, they shut off the gas and confirmed that the water heater needed inspection. The following morning, the heater malfunctioned again, and we had to shut off the main gas entirely as per the fire department, leaving us without hot water, heat, or the ability to cook for the rest of our stay. "My stay at this adorable cottage right on Mirror Lake was incredible. It is 2 beds and 2 bath, so for me it was the perfect size. I would much rather the home be well located and beautifully decorated, which this cottage definitely was! I love getting build fires every night and walk around the adorable Mirror Lakes neighborhood during the day. "Great property, very clean and well maintained. Had plenty of room for the kids to run around. Very private property with a hot tub. Kids loved the pool table. The property has a motion sensor light in the front, which kept lighting up often at night, but upon checking during the day we noticed cob webs and a moth flying around causing the light to turn on often. We were glad that the property did not get affected by recent hurricanes in the area, although most state parks around the area...

"Everything was absolutely adorable, retro with a lot of class. You could tell the owners really cared about their property and took beautiful care of it. It was absolutely clean, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, the fans in every room to the old-fashioned, but there was also an air conditioner so, they were really just for a little added comfort. Coffee pot brewed, great coffee, and the place was spotless."
