"The hotel's facade and lobby are simply old school gorgeous! Clearly a lot of history here. Our check-in was swift, and the man who checked us in was thoughtful and kind. Unfortunately, the heater in our initial room was broken, and it took some time to get a manager then maintenance in there. It could not be repaired with us in the room, but the maintenance guy said the front desk would call us shortly with the new room number. After an hour wait in a room that was actually colder than next to...

"Great location- walkable to Times Square, Broadway, Highline, MSG, and super close to Subway entrances. Staff were friendly, check-in was quick and easy, and the price was right. I'd definitely stay here again!"

"Everything was good. Convenient location, lots of parking and extremely clean room. The best part was the Delicious cheese omelette on the continental breakfast menu not like other places which serve cardboard stale eggs. Would gladly stay again.!"
