「Kijana checked us in and was great. There was a significant hotel incident that happened right before we arrived and he kept his composure. Since the property was new there wasn’t anything to complain about other than some design flaws in my opinion, i.e. the hanging bars in the bathroom and the shelf in the bedroom that blocks the visual on tv. The mattress was a bit too firm for me but my husband loved it.」

「I appreciated the email asking what time we were expected to be at the property, because we had a late flight. For some hotels it's a problem if you are not checked in before midnight, but not at this hotel. I also appreciated receiving a checkout email that was quick and painless. The breakfast was delicious and the pool area was a lot of fun! The staff was super friendly and helpful.」
