"Very spacious room in a brand new hotel. Great breakfast, convenient location. Only issue was how noisy it was - the walls/floors were so thin making it tough to get a good night's sleep. "

"We stayed at the Delegate because it was only a mile from Buffalo Trace Distillery where we were going the next day. Really cool older building that has been refurbished. Rooms were huge and well decorated. Beds were very comfortable. There was a restaurant/bar that was pretty cool as well. Great selections of bourbon at the bar. The dining was closing as we got there, but they offered to make up some appetizers for us. We had the poutine and calamari. Both were good. We will likely stay there again since it’s so close to Buffalo Trace and not too far from the Louisville and Bardstown regions for the Bourbon Trail."

"Nice place for sure. Clean and had all the necessary things for our stay. Slightly confusing getting in when we got there, but we figured it out. Info coming from Hotels.com was pretty good. Texted the virtual check in number that had been texting me and they responded when I had a question which was nice. I would stay here again. Bar downstairs was pretty good and easy."

"Upon arrival I was meet with locked door. Check-in was at card table in hallway. Was taken to room 205. 2nd floor no elevator. By the way no handicamp were present at front or rear of building. Room has one overhead light, no lamps. The TV was nonfunctional and no one from staff could make it work! Apparently, you are required to have your one subscription. We ask about parking-you are to park in street. We were also informed that rear entrance would be locked and not subject to room code to unlock the door, this was also true for front door after 11:00pm upon our return at 10:30 the was no available staff. "Advertised a fully stocked bar. There was no staff available. Had to go into kitchen to find available ice machine. Again, no sign of available staff! We got up this morning and packed already to leave about 9:30am. No available staff to get coffee or to check out. This by far the very worse travel hotel experience that I have had in my 88 years of life! I know you will now write off my comments as a disgruntled old fart, After reading the reviews from a month ago something weird has happened here! "
