"Great beach, view, etc... Hotel itself is a bit outdated. Rooms are 4 star quality, service is on and off - some staff are excellent some have no idea what's going on. Have to talk to three people to get an answer to most questions. Nice SPA. Would be fine if they didn't have the prices of a high end 5 star resort while providing a 4 star experience. Lots of kids around."

"The hotel provided locked parking a few streets away. A (separate?) adjacent restaurant served acceptable but not outstanding food (poor value and the staff were not particularly attentive). The room was adequate but only barely. The roof terrace was unloved, unstaffed and with some broken furniture too. "Great location, love the easy access to beautiful beaches! Great hospitality from the staff. We did have to change rooms as we spent our first night in a room with damn and mold problems. They were able to move us next door albeit the bathroom was smaller. There was still some signs of mold in the bathroom but it didn’t smell of damn. I would have expected the room to be better considering the price of the room we had paid for. "

"The apartment was renovated, clean, bed was very comfortable, kitchen suitable, A/C and all around ideal for our needs. Tanya, the onsite manager, was super helpful and available. The beach was great. Laundry onsite was a plus. If only there was a good restaurant, cafe or bar onsite it would have been even more perfect :) "
