"Beautifully maintained property (inside and out); incredibly helpful and friendly staff all around, special thank you to the cleaning crew for the wonderful job. We wish to have stayed longer in this oasis, and Sardinia in general. Only issue was getting to this destination (possibly google maps related). Hopefully this tip can help resolve the issue."

"The service was ok but I had higher expectations. There was no iron and iron board. Breakfast was ok but no options for vegans. The taxi from the hotel to the airport was 130 Euro. This was not an independent taxi company but a service from the hotel. Staff, especially at breakfast can’t speak English. So my experience was rather disappointing. "

"Great location, love the easy access to beautiful beaches! Great hospitality from the staff. We did have to change rooms as we spent our first night in a room with damn and mold problems. They were able to move us next door albeit the bathroom was smaller. There was still some signs of mold in the bathroom but it didn’t smell of damn. I would have expected the room to be better considering the price of the room we had paid for. "

"Arrived at the hotel for a wedding celebration only to be informed that our room has been mistakenly allocated to another party. Was allocated a suite for one night and given two rooms for the next night. Breakfast was ok, staff was friendly. Lack of amenities (iron only available on request, was informed only 3 irons in the hotel) no ironing board, had to use the bed. Some rooms had complementary guest slippers, so I had to go around to ask other wedding guest if I could use there’s ( none...

"Stayed for a week at this property with our family. Wonderful place with a lot of greenery and a very well maintained pool. We also used the shuttle service to go to the nearby beach and it was great too. The furnishings in the room were up to date and the air conditioning worked very well. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience "

"Very clean and stylish hotel. Star taken off for the fact that we had 2 twin beds pushed together rather than a double and it was supposed to be a superior room. Having said that our stay was lovely. Also sometimes, particularly during breakfast, it felt quite unorganised. No plates, incorrect cutlery etc, no snp. Saying all that we would definitely return. "This is a harder review to make in my 71-country visits. Arriving at the hotel, I was buzzed-in to the property's foyer only to discover I would need to use the lift to go one floor up to reception. I was happily-greeted by two very pleasant reception staff who expedited my check-in & took me to my room, showing each area. "The apartment was tidy and had everything needed. It was right next to the beach but far away from any other amenities. It wasn't connected to the main hotel, which was confusing but the hotel staff were lovely, especially Massimo at the cafe. "
