「Such a clean luxurious property! The entire staff were so sweet and helpful! They have a lot of hidden amenities that are totally worth it like reservable pickleball and basketball courts and it was so fun! Additionally my boyfriend and I paid for the photoshoot and a private romantic dinner on the beach- the most amazing pictures that we will cherish forever! Already counting down the days that we can return to this property! Shoutout to Luis our concierge for excellent service as well!!」

「This villa is amazing , everything very clean the Maid is very kind and she does everything extra good . 「Beautiful property and villas, staff is amazing. Only thing lacking was in room dining options (though I suppose most people don’t use this service as you are in paradise and why get room service) and the food at the on site restaurant was good but not 5 star good. The best part was the VIP transfer to and from the airport. Eliminating waiting in lines is priceless!」

「Hotel was very clean and Jordano had THE best waiter service at the buffet. Other than him, staff severely lacked service explaining anything in the hotel. There was only a bulletin board explaining all inclusive activities each day and should be explained during check in. Also, if you get locked or even during check out they did not check ID for names of your room which is unsafe.
