"We got a ADA(handicap) room. The sink is too high, no bedside lamp, TV screen was damaged and didn't work, no phone, paint peeling above the shower, safety bars in shower not accessible due to oversized sink, deadbolt didn't work due to being installed wrong. Even the 'security' was loudly singing all night when making the rounds. WiFi password wasn't given and the coffee is no longer available "

"Though the room itself was dated, the circular toilet seat did not match the oval toilet, and the floors screeched what made my stay pleasant was the woman at the front desk the evenings. She was extremely helpful, very friendly, and all around a very pleasant woman to interact with, i did not catch her name and wish i would have."

"The front desk woman with the red hair was awesome and really took care of us the entire time. The facility itself was clean, needs a little work on minor things such as the door functions (both interior and exterior). The area was shady but hey, its an airport hotel. Busy road right next to hotel and SUPER noisy at night. Pool and hot tub was not well taken care of. pool I can somewhat understand cause its February and no one is swimming but you could tell the hot tub has not been shocked...

"The worst thing about this hotel was it's location. To put it nicely, it was in a sketchy neighborhood. You will hear traffic and sirens all night long. Now that may be because there is a hospital nearby but maybe not. The shower and showerhead needed a thorough cleaning. There were boogers on the back wall, which was gross. The toilet struggled some. You had to hold the handle down until the bowl emptied otherwise it didn't flush. On the positive side, the hotel staff were very friendly and...

Experienced an AMAZING STAY @ HOLIDAY INN Glendale

"**Fantastic Stay at Holiday Inn Glendale!** My stay at **Holiday Inn Glendale** was outstanding! From the moment I arrived at 2:30am, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Check-in was smooth, and my room was **spacious, modern, and impeccably clean**. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The **on-site restaurant and bar** offered delicious meals, and the breakfast options were excellent. I also enjoyed the **fitness center and outdoor jacuzzi**, which added to the relaxing experience. The location is perfect—**being in the entertainment district, close to shopping, dining, and attractions**, with plenty of parking available. Windmill Suites Surprise, Ascend Hotel Collection

"I enjoyed my stay at the Windmill suites in Surprise Az. The location is great off iof Bell Road. It is close to Restaurants, stores snd the freeway. The beds are comfortable and i enjoyed having the connecting living room. The tasty breakfast was included and a good selection of hot items. There was scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns etc. i would stay here again. "
