"The TV had a big red streak so you could only see part of it. Sketchy folks hanging around outside, no ice buckets or washcloths. The person who checked me in was great and helpful. The staff in the morning was rude and unpleasant. It was overall an okay stay but could have been better if the TV and other room items were there and if the morning staff had been less rude to everyone. "

"The hotel was amazing. It was very clean and the staff were amazing and friendly. The only issue one of the powered black out curtains wouldn’t work. We let the hotel know multiple times but it was never fixed. Otherwise this hotel is very much worth the stay. "

The only reason I didn’t give an excellent was because the shower pressure is very low due to the desert areas, but having a rain showerhead didn’t help because it was like a trickle that’s the only reason this property didn’t get didn’t get an excellent from me."
