"The place was acceptable. There was no reception in the building, you had to walk around the block to check-in or if you needed something. Cleaning was decent. I had a room with a balcony and the street was noisy. Bring earplugs. The breakfast is very basic, but it was available 24 hrs. "

"We had a great stay at Hotel Liro. It’s a small boutique hotel. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We did the online check in and were very swiftly given our keys. It is a great location near plaza real and a super great tapas bar. Even though in a busy area our room was still quiet. We would stay here again."

"Lovely welcoming people. You have to understand that anyone walks can walk through the door and I believe they try very hard to make them feel welcome. Wi-Fi good , there is staff member that speaks English however you should download a translation app as mostly speaking Spanish. One thing I disliked is bathroom outside of bedroom. Otherwise perfecto :)"

"Hostal Delfos provided a good value for the money… I stayed here 2 nights and chose the most economical room which was very small, but clean, and it did have a private bathroom. Some of the rooms do share a bathroom. Air-conditioning worked fine… Plenty of hot water. There is a common kitchen that can be utilized… Small fridge, microwave, dishes, etc. free coffee, and tea was a plus! "I really wanted to give this place a 5 because the mixed reviews/inconsistent photos made me a but nervous to book but I have never been more pleasantly surprised. The only reason I knocked a star off is for a bad customer service experience at the end of our stay. There appear to be 2 different kinds of rooms in the photos, one super nice & one not so nice. Our room was INCREDIBLY nice for this level of hotel/hostel. I think they are renovating or something so there is a chance you could book...

"Our stay was excellent overall. Our reception by Karen was top notch...every hotel would be lucky to have such a person receiving their guests. So friendly and helpful. The room was well designed and stocked, including a little fridge, though the room itself was a pretty small but not unusually so. Great location for restaurants and shopping and only a few minutes walk to the heart of the Gothic Quarter. "

"The hotel and property are great! My room was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable The workout/sauna was perfect! The rooftop bar and 360 patio is wonderful and boasts a beautiful view. The pool, or sitting pool they refer to is underwhelming, and personally, I would not use it. The pool is located on the rooftop patio and right in the midst of the bar sitting area. It is small and would feel awkward to use and is better described as a lobby fountain/water display. The breakfast is a must! It was delicious with great selection of food and drinks for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend adding the breakfast to your daily stay. I ate in the restaurant once, and I would not eat again. I ordered the salmon, and it was very salty, on a bed of stir fried vegetables that were unpleasant. "
