"The Hotel is brand new! Very clean probably because it is still so new August 2024 is when this is written. There are very few guest here at this time as well so the staff definitely outnumbered the guest (at least this is what it felt like). Sauna and pool were excellent. The pool is as the photos depicts it. The rooms are in mint condition, the shower and bathrooms are very clean and very modern. Again everything seems brand new. "The view is so amazing from our room. The staffers are so friendly and helpful. The property is good in condition. Food is not really good for breakfast, the dining room is large, but still small for too crowd specially on the weekend. The hallway wasn't really smelling good. Just such friendly opinions. Needs a little improvement, but still recommended to everyone. Loved and was happy to stay here. Will come back as have a change."

"Great location with lots of access to food and convenience store. Very near to Cat Bi International Airport too, around 15-20 mins. Only sad thing was the pool was closed for maintenance and we were not informed during check in. "

"We were here when Typhoon Yagi landed at Halong Bay. Watson premium sustained minimal damage as the building is strong and well constructed. Walk away from restaurants, cafes and amenities. Ideal place to stay. Morning breakfast buffet is excellent with many choices of food. Bed is great, room is clean and staff is very friendly. The hotel through Ms Joyce Dang constant communication with me with regard to Yagi typhoon and have us at the basement parking lot for safety. I recommend this place."

"The hotel was very modern, extremely clean and staff were always very attentive, polite and friendly. It’s in a good location in the town for food, drinks and shops and there was underground parking. The rooftop pool is a fantastic area with amazing views as it’s on the 28th floor. It’s lit up at night and it looks so lovely. We had a free birthday cake for my partner that we weren’t expecting and the price of staying there was very very reasonable as it was a package with the flights. The air con worked well thankfully and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. I would highly recommend others to stay there. Thank you everyone who works there. "
