"Life House Berkshires looks great, but no one actually works there. Or at least that's how it seemed during our stay. I never got the welcome text they said I would get to be able to communicate with staff. I called the 800 number once to try to get someone and couldn't get a person. I finally did get a person the next time I tried that number and that was to tell them that when we came back for the day after housekeeping had been there, our sink was clogged with muddy water. Not sure if it was...

"We live three minutes away and came to enjoy the pool with our grandson . Pool is kind of small for more than a few people but worked for three of us . In room bathrooms were super small as well , but manageable. "

"Got to hotel at midnight - desk personnel (Dylan) was very efficient , polite and professional. I only have 2 small complaints. Coffee pot water reservoir didn’t look clean, could have just been water stains. I would suggest buying a new one. Breakfast was not ready at 6 but desk personnel (Dylan) worked the counter AND started food prep. Apparently employee called in sick at last minute and Dylan offered to work over his normal shift. Give this man a raise😀"
