「The apartment was excellent for a family of 4 . It was very clean with all the appliances you would need to call it home. The process was simple and communication with a representative was excellent. Highly recommend.」

「The property was beautiful and rooms were clean. Upstairs stove was not working. AC good. No loud neighbors, just coqui frogs at night. Communication was very difficult. The manager prefers to use Whats App for communication and her english is patchy. They were slow to respond to concerns and when we were out of TP and papertowels we got no response on Whats app. Confusing to keep track of Whats app, texting and emails. Wish the colored lights on the outside of the building turned off at night....

「Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. It all worked out but i was very leary if they were scamming me. Home was lovely. Could use a few more items in the kitchen like a toaster. Laundry onsite was very...
