O hotel é bem antigo, não condiz com o preço cobrado. TV ruim, tivemos que usar o notebook para poder ver Netflix. Para piorar, o chalé ficou sem água na hora do banho. De bom, o atendimento, a sopa da noite, a lareira fácil de acender, o silêncio e a área externa da pousada

boa pousada , mas tem alguns problemas a resolver
muito longe do centrinho da cidade ...café da manhã poderia ser mais sofisticado pelo preço cobrado na pousada (suite luxo) no centro há opções bem mais baratas , há um serviço de chá e café entre as 4 e 6 da tarde que salva dias chuvosos ou quando n se está afim de ir de carro 4 quilômetros até o centro.banheira de hidromassagem incrível, lareira gostosa ,o quarto tinha roupão de banho ,mas os sabonetes e shampos eram muit abaixo do esperado.pelo preço e condições daria uma nota 7.5 , mas dificilmente voltaria

Péssima hospedagem
A hospedagem foi catastrófica. O chalet estava sem manutenção básica, os lençóis furados, as paredes do banheiro sujas, e o pior foi o forro, onde havia um buraco por o de entravam insetos! Na noite que passei lá duas ARANHAS GIGANTESCAS apareceram no chalet e impediram a gente de dormir. Paguei duas diárias e fiquei apenas um dia. Tive de abandonar a estadia por falta de higiene.

Ótima estadia. A pousada está localizada em uma área bastante grande e muito bonita. Os chalés são confortáveis, limpos e com um bom tamanho. O banheiro é limpo e bastante bom com chuveiro a gás. São servidos café da manhã e chá da tarde. Não há almoço ou janta na pousada. O atendimento é excelente. Recomendo. Sérgio - São José dos Campos

Exatamente do jeito que eu queria!!
Amei muito ficar na Pousada Highland!!! Era exatamente o tipo de estadia que eu queria, com chalé, no meio das montanhas, com muito verde e ouvindo os passarinhos! O lugar é belíssimo! Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e a limpeza é excelente. Fiquei no chalé com mezanino, é super espaçoso, a cama é mega confortável, tem rede no mezanino e lareira na frente da cama. Ah, e o café da manhã e café da tarde são uma delícia! Fui para descansar e fazer pequenos passeios na região, e foi exatamente como eu queria! Pesquisei bastante as pousadas da região, existem opções mais baratas mas agora que conheci a Highland eu sinceramente acho o preço justificável. Se puder, vale a pena!
