Couldn't figure out the heating/cooling unit - could not get it to warm the rooms enough on the cold (25-35 degree days) I was there. Kudos to the continental breakfast team for the quality of the product provided. "Hotel & room was fine. We were in town for a wedding & planned to check in at 3pm which was the check in time. We planned on getting dressed & ready at the hotel. I called ahead to make sure that would work, person on the phone stated that is fine. Once we arrived at 3pm they said room wasn’t ready. We would have made other plans if I was told on the phone the room wouldn’t have been ready so was disappointed with the delay and incorrect information. "We stayed here for a concert at turning stone and it was super cool! Clean, warm, and cozy. Super historic, has a little museum and you can tour the mansion. Highly recommend!!! "
